What is Seen
Housing in the SF Bay area is currently at a premium. What is available is limited in number, limited in design and limited in variety. Meanwhile, as housing growth remains slow, much land sits unused or underused.
Without change, many people will remain priced out of ownership, fueling the continuing exodus away from the area. The resultant rise in traffic will impact commuting times as well as energy costs. Housing will go on being built with limited choice and without thought of sustainability.
What is Envisioned
We are committed to bringing forth innovative and creative conversions of older and underused buildings into living homes, homes that create community while remaining kind to our dwindling resources. Here at LoftyHeights we strive towards designing homes that possess quality of space, yet remain affordable for new owners and are responsive to the needs of the environment.
